Deposit
We would like to point out that a reservation is only binding upon receipt of the 40%
deposit. Please transfer the corresponding amount within 7 days free of charge for the recipient.

In the event of cancellation of the booked holiday apartment, early departure or late arrival,
the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry apply:

• up to 3 months no cancellation fees
• 3 months to 1 month 40%
• 1 month to 1 week 70%
• In the last week 90%
• If you arrive later or depart earlier, the entire price will be charged.
