Our apartment was furnished with a lot of love and is in a quiet but central location offering a fantastic view and was awarded 4 Edelweiss S(uperior). We are only 3 km away from the center of Neustift and the hiking and skiing areas of “Elfer” and “Schlick 2000”. You will reach „The Stubai Glacier“ after a short ride of 20 km. From our apartment you can walk to the free ski bus stop which is just about 200 meters away. The main bus stop is located in a distance of approximately 400 meters. There are parking lots nearby where you can park for free with your guest card.

Our Serles apartment is right on the edge of the forest and is therefore the ideal starting point for your hiking and cycling tours, as well as for relaxed walks. In our vicinity is the “Kampler See”, where you can spend relaxing hours. Your children can burn off energy on the large playground, or on the beach volleyball and soccer fields. Free parking spaces are available.

In winter there are 4 ski areas, numerous natural toboggan runs and cross-country ski runs nearby. We also have ice rinks to offer.

Summer vacation

You can round off your holiday perfectly by visiting the indoor aquatic center called “The Stubay”. It has way more to offer than just some pools. A variety of saunas and unique trampoline-park will let you have a wonderful time. On the top there is the adventure park in Fulpmes, where you can experience pure climbing fun. You will also enjoy a romantic ride on the Stubai Valley Railway from Fulpmes to Innsbruck.
